We book all orders subject to crop growing conditions and with
the understanding that they shall be void should injury occur to the stock
from causes beyond our control. We exercise extreme care to keep our varieties
pure and true to name. On proper proof, we will replace all stock that
may prove otherwise or refund the amount paid. However, we shall not be
liable for any amount greater than the original purchase price.
Claims for any cause must be made promptly upon receipt of stock.
We will not entertain claims after goods have been once accepted or
when report is not made within a reasonable time after arrival of stock.
Terms:
Net 30 days. A 1 ½% monthly service charge will be charged 60
days after delivery unless pre-arranged credit has been agreed upon.
Conditions:
Digging forms are used on all hand dug plants, assuring
uniform balls on every grade. Larger evergreens and most trees are
machine dug and placed in wire baskets. We will use treated, rot-resisting
burlap on all plants at no extra cost. We make every effort to arrange the
most economical truck load delivery for our customers.
